Established within the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, “ASAN Radio” is the first and unique radio that specialized in the field of public services.
The special permission (license) for broadcasting at 100 MHz for “ASAN Radio” was issued at the National Television and Radio Council meeting on 8 September, 2015.
Since December 24, 2015, according to the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, “ASAN Radio” has begun broadcasting via 100 MHz frequency.
The main aim of the establishment is to form a specialized media organization in the field of public services, to carry out the proper information delivery and awareness work by having access to a wider audience, as well as to strengthen confidence in the state structures.
Now citizens will be able to benefit from translation services by submitting the documents via web page of www.tercume.asan.az centers from home, work or internet enabled any place without approaching to “ASAN service”.
So, the photo or any electronic version of the document needs to be uploaded to the relevant part on the website, the required language of translation is selected and noted that whether a courier service will be used or not.
If a citizen does not choose a courier service then notes that from which “ASAN service” center he/she wants to get the document. If a courier service is selected, the ready document is sent directly to the address of a citizen.
Once the document is accepted and reviewed, the information about the time of the translation and the amount to be paid will be sent to the citizen via e-mail.
Translation of the document starts once a citizen makes the online payment.
The primary goal of establishing “Idea Bank” is to get ideas by involving citizens for the improvement of activities of the State Agency, including services at “ASAN service” centers.
Thus, citizens contribute to positive changes with their ideas and directly take part in the decision-making process of the state body.
At the same time citizens can share their ideas and suggestions via this platform for the provision of more convenient, desirable, as well as innovative services for them.
